The Human Dimension is one of the select companies worldwide who are certified to administer the Human Patterns Personality Inventory®.

The instrument was developed by Stan Smith, a psychometrician, over 20 years ago and its use has been steadily expanding.

The instrument is unique in that it combines about fifteen other personality inventories,
in addition to many other features unique to Human Patterns®. Because of this, it is one of the most comprehensive psychometric instruments in the world. Clients are able to look at themselves through the lens of many mental models of personality.

1. The results are presented in the form of thirty-five individual graphs.
2. Each graph shows the client's behaviors in both non-stressful situations and in pressured situations.
3. The results are shown in standard deviations, so one can see how his behaviors compare to that of others.
